Room 301, Monday Afternoon

Isabelle was having trouble focusing.

She didn't even have anything in particular that needed her undivided attention, so it shouldn't have been a problem. But it was annoying. She didn't like moods like this. What was the point of not being able to get lost in doing anything? Ugh. And she'd already been down at the gym training, too. And both her closets were as organized as they were going to get. And she didn't feel like shopping.

So, this was how you ended up pacing around the room like a caged animal. It was not a good look on her.

Maybe she needed to go for a run or something.

"Please don't go." She rested her head against the doorframe, watching him. Pushing her bottom lip out a little bit, which was an easy way to tell she thought she'd messed up. "Unless it is to go fetch something from your room."

"Okay," he told her, nodding once. "I don't need anything from my room. I'm not really wanting to go anywhere either."

"I would've told you to go get something." The idea had passed her mind at one point, but then she'd gotten carried away from that thought. "Guess it's too late now. You want to come back in?"

"What do you want me to go get in my room?" he asked her curiously. "It's not too late."

Isabelle's lips twisted into a faint smile. "I was going to tell you to go take your pick from the things I got your for your birthday."

[flickofthewrist]

"Why didn't you?" he asked, leaning a hand against the door frame and tilting his head.

[seveninchmotto]

"Because I'm a mean person and I got carried away."

And she was also a vulnerable person, which had not exactly helped, either.

"So, what do you want now?" he asked quietly.

[seveninchmotto]

Isabelle shrugged. "I'm still up for anything you're up for," she replied just as quietly. Softly, too.

[flickofthewrist]

"I started all that to give you something different and maybe exciting to do," Flick pointed out, shrugging. "I don't have anything else right in mind."

[seveninchmotto]

"Don't shrug at me," she chided him gently. "I already gave you something to go with. I just didn't feel like pushing it."

[flickofthewrist]

"Isabelle, what do you want to do?" Flick asked her, stepping closer. "You're allowed to push me. I was pushing you because I thought maybe you'd jump me eventually."

[seveninchmotto]

"I thought I might, too," Isabelle told him, shrugging. "But I got lost." So she'd just generally manhandled him. Oops. "I still want you to pick your poison."

[flickofthewrist]

"I liked what you were doing earlier," Flick told her, smiling. "I liked you shoving me around and being a forceful and aggressive. I liked the pain and the alpha-ness you were demonstrating."

[seveninchmotto]

"I gave you bondage gear for your birthday," Isabelle replied. "So I'm somehow not that surprised by that."

She was finally smiling again.

[flickofthewrist]

"It's why I was pushing you like I was," Flick admitted with a laugh. "I wanted you to keep going and keep pushing me back."

Isabelle reached out to curl her fingers into his shirt. "You like being pushed. Hmm."

[flickofthewrist]

"Yes."

Well, with certain people, that was. She was included in that group. How lucky for her.

She pulled him closer. And consequently, back into the room.

"I think you should tell me how much you like it."

[flickofthewrist]

"A lot," he said, stepping towards her with the tugging and smirking as he did. "I love it. I like the danger and the riskiness and the pleasurable pain."

"I bet it's a nice reminder of how much stronger I am than you," Isabelle smirked at him as she pulled him in, and moved to close the door again. "I bet that gets you hot."

[flickofthewrist]

"A lot of things about you get me hot," he told her, back to smirking at her again. "That is one of them, yes. I like that you're dominant."

[seveninchmotto]

"You like to submit." She gave him a nice little shove against the closed door. "Even if you also like to be an ass and do your best to resist, sometimes."

[flickofthewrist]

Flick hit the door and laughed.

"A little resistance is good for you," Flick told her, nodding. "Makes you work harder."

"Makes you suffer more," Isabelle retorted. She pressed her hand flat against the center of his chest. "But you like that, too. You always like it at the end."
