Isabelle wasn't sure she entirely believed him when it came to that. Just because she knew she was difficult – it was often on purpose – and she'd had to get her crap together and keep him from leaving more than once. But she wanted to believe him. Even if it also kind of made her want to run away from him.

Her arm tightened it's hold a little further, so guess she wasn't running.
