So, that had been a pretty short dance for this couple. And Isabelle was perfectly fine with that. She got her door open, and was already trying to kiss Flick again as soon as she'd yanked him into the room.

After the couple of weeks she'd had, she really needed something easier like this. Probably deserved it, too. So, she was taking it.

Flick moved closer to her, trying to get his arms back around her now that he'd gotten yanked closer. After a second, his hands were up in her hair, trying to take it down so he could see it over her shoulders and wrapped around his fingers.

There were a lot of pins in there. Isabelle pushed the door closed behind them. Then, realizing what he was trying to do, she reached up to get some of the pins out. "Let me."

"All right," he breathed, taking his hands away and watching her take her hair down. His hands fidgeted a bit at his sides.

"You can still touch me," she pointed out, pulling the pins out, her hair falling to her shoulder lock by lock. "I want you to touch me."

"Didn't want to get in the way," he admitted, stepping closer and putting his hands on her hips. "Get my fingers tangle up in your hair too early or anything."

"Baby, I don't care," she murmured. The last of the pins came out, and her hair was free. She let the pins fall on the floor. She could get them later. Getting her arms around his neck and pulling him closer while leaning her back against the door was more important. "Get as tangled up as you want."

She smirked at him. Hadn't done that in a while.

"I missed you," he said, giving her a light peck before his lips moved down and found her neck, sucking and licking a nice, red mark right there. It was probably half possessive and half lust there.

"I missed you too," Isabelle sighed. There was perhaps a little gasp in there too, and her nails pressed into the back of his neck. "Good to be here."

"You came back at a good time," he said and licked a path up to her ear. "Power came back on finally. No more freezing."

No, he was very, very warm right now.

"Mm, it does feel like someone's turned up the heat," she murmured, tilting her head away from him. But only because that gave him more room. She pushed her fingers into his hair. "Soon enough it'll be warm enough for me to lose my panties."

The last couple of weeks had been very serious and taxing. She needed to be light about things right now.

"I'm sad that you wore them in the first place," Flick murmured, coming back up and smirking slightly from close proximity. He leaned into her hands and he was close enough to kiss her, to let her feel his warm breath though he kept that small amount of distance between them.

His body was flush against her though, warm and firm and in far less pain than he'd been in.

Isabelle smirked back at him.

"I'm sure you're sad about a lot of things," she said. She pushed her hips briefly off the door and against his. "Like how you couldn't jump me at the dance."

"Uh, I think you were the one who was close to doing the jumping," he pointed out, licking his lips and staying close but denying her any more kisses for the moment. "Grabbing me and shoving your tongue in my mouth? I think you had a few things on your mind."

"That was affection." And relief, but she wasn't going to get into that. She leaned forward, testinghis denial of kisses a bit. "The uncontrollable lust came later."

Flick leaned back, ignoring the desire that said he needed to lean forward instead. No, he was making her anticipate things all the more.

"Your affection is very interesting," he told her, leaning forward the tiniest bit and licking her bottom lip before he pulled back.

Isabelle let the back of her head fall back against the door again. "Everything about me is interesting," she said, running one of her hands against his cheek. "I don't see you minding."

"Everything about you is complicated," he corrected, leaning closer and nipping her chin. "But no, I don't mind. I really don't. You're mine."

Her hand pulled away from his face, and moved down her body instead.
